Welcome to Men’s Health Week 2023!
Men’s health opportunities continue to grow and men continue to find ways to stay healthy and cope in the ever-increasing pressures of modern day life.
This year’s theme is “Healthy Habits” and the invitation is to be aware of healthy habits and turning around un-healthy habits.
Like many unsung heroes in our world men continue to be good workers, good dads, good partners and good mates and largely have “Healthy Habits” to keep them going.
As the saying goes: “Do what you can, with what you have, where you are.” and don’t forget what good you’ve done.
